QATM Qscratch 20 Automatic Micro/Macro Scratch Tester
Makrolab LTD presents the QATM Qscratch 20, an advanced automated system for comprehensive testing of coatings and functional surfaces. The instrument is designed to evaluate coating adhesion, scratch resistance and failure behaviour while accurately identifying the critical loads at which cracking, delamination or substrate damage occurs.
The Qscratch 20 performs constant-load and progressive-load scratch tests within a force range of 0.5 to 200 N. Motorized X, Y and Z axes, an automatic tool-changing system and QpixControl2 software provide precise sample positioning, highly reproducible measurements, optical scratch evaluation and efficient report generation. Thanks to its modular design, the system can also be expanded with additional capabilities for hardness testing and advanced coating analysis.
