QATM Qscratch 20 GO Semi-Automatic Micro/Macro Scratch Tester
Makrolab LTD presents the QATM Qscratch 20 GO, a semi-automatic micro/macro scratch tester developed for routine laboratory testing and production-oriented quality control. The system evaluates coating adhesion, scratch resistance and failure behaviour using constant or progressive loads from 0.5 to 200 N.
Electronic force control, a dynamically automated Z-axis, a motorized Y-axis and an eight-position tool changer provide precise and reproducible testing. QpixControl2 software guides users through test setup, scratch positioning, critical load evaluation and report generation. The system supports DIN EN ISO 20502, ASTM C1624, ISO 27307 and ASTM G171 procedures.
