The MP350 Microlyser™ is an effective solution for the cell disruption application. Utilizing a hybrid approach which incorporates Microfluidics proprietary Interaction Chamber™ technology, with a unique sanitary, electric pumping system, the MP350 Microlyser delivers superior cell disruption yields. The MP350 Microlyser™ has the same multi-slotted fixed-geometry Interaction Chambers™ that all Microfluidics equipment possess. This technology ensures that 100% of the material undergoes identical conditions and guarantees repeatable results batch-to-batch at production volumes.
Our new, unique approach provides industry-leading pressure up to 30,000 PSI (2068 bar). This hybrid solution maximizes protein yields and ensures high product quality in cell disruption of various cells. From E. coli to difficult yeast cells, which require higher shear, our MP350 Microlyser™ is an ideal cell disruption solution.
Designed specifically for biotech applications and engineered with full cGMP compliance in mind, our precision-designed/manufactured machine readily achieves high-yield cell disruption results.

- 0.4 µm (16Ra) surface finish, requires 0.85m3/min @ 6.9 bar (30 SCFM @ 100 psi) minimum, -37oC to –18oC (-35oF to 0oF) dew point.
