Optimal performance at low costs
The Target Transmission (TT) X-ray Tube is designed and optimized for Malvern Panalytical's Venus 200 and CubiX XRF spectrometers. It is a medium-power metal-ceramic target transmission tube with optimal performance at low costs. The target transmission design allows a very close coupling to the sample, as this contributes largely to sensitivity in X-ray analysis. Speed and lower detection limits are just some of the benefits of the TT-Tube.
Features
Flexibility in anode materials for optimal analysis
Optimal excitation of samples can be achieved by selecting the best anode, and the TT Tube is available with a selection of different anodes. Standard anodes available are Sc and Cr, others such as W, Mo and Ag are available on request.
Enhanced stability and reliability
The ceramic design of the Target Transmission Tube ensures high stability and a long tube life. This results in higher productivity, less maintenance, fewer tube-related drift corrections, lower downtime and lower cost of ownership.
